Strategic Advisory
A deeper partnership for senior leaders, founders, and executives moving through complexity, strategy, transition, or significant change.

This work combines reflective space, strategic input, continuity, and brief support between sessions by email or voice note. It is designed for moments that require both perspective and practical movement.

Initial engagement runs for 3 months and includes 6 x 90-minute sessions.
£6,000 + VAT for initial 3 months, then £1,800 + VAT per month thereafter.
International clients: $8,100 for the initial 3 months, then $2,400 per month.

Leadership, Team & Strategy Facilitation
Custom work for leadership teams and organisations that want to think clearly together, align around real choices, and move forward with greater coherence.
This may include team events, off-sites, strategy sessions, skills-based workshops, and human-centred strategy processes that hold both possibility and reality.

International organisations: from $2,000 to $2,700 per day

Parent Coaching

For parent, couple, and co-parent coaching, I offer a free 20-minute intro call to understand what is going on, answer initial questions, and see whether this work feels like the right fit. A small number of reduced-fee places are also available for people facing genuine financial hardship.

For leadership coaching, advisory, or assessment work, I begin with a paid 60-minute working session. This is not a sales call or chemistry chat. It is a substantive conversation to understand your context, clarify the challenge or transition you are facing, identify what support would be most useful, and determine whether and how it makes sense for us to work together.
